- Information you give us. When you submit our estimate request form, we collect your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, and any project details or photos you choose to include.
- Information collected automatically. We record basic details about how you reached our site (for example, the referring website or search campaign) to understand which marketing is working. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs, which may include your IP address, browser type, and the time of your visit.
How we use your information
- To respond to your request, prepare and discuss estimates, and schedule your project.
- To contact you about your inquiry and about work we are doing for you.
- To understand and improve our website and marketing.
Calls, texts, and emails
If you submit the estimate form and check the consent box, you agree that we may contact you by phone call, text message (SMS), and email about your request. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, or ask us to stop contacting you by using the contact details below.
How we share your information
- Service providers. We use Google services (such as Google Workspace and Google Sheets) to receive, store, and respond to your request, and Cloudflare to host and deliver our site. Our pages also load Google Fonts and include an embedded Google Map; when these load, Google may receive your IP address.
- No sale of personal information. We do not sell your personal information.
- Legal reasons. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
Cookies and tracking
We keep tracking to a minimum. We use your browser's session storage to remember how you arrived at our site for attribution. We do not currently use advertising cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy and this section.
Data retention
We keep the information you submit for as long as needed to respond to your request and serve you as a customer, or as otherwise required by law. You can ask us to delete it (see below).
Your choices and rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you may opt out of our communications at any time. To make a request, contact us using the details below. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state or country's privacy laws.
Third-party links
Our site links to third-party pages (for example, our profiles on Google, the Better Business Bureau, Thumbtack, and Trex). Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.
Children
Our site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page.
